To Levi J. Northam Admr: : of Wm Nock decd:

You are hereby notified that I have appointed Wednesday the 27th day of January 1875, if fair, if not the next fair day, at Accomack CH, to execute the decree of the Circuit court of said county in Chancery sitting rendered on the 7th day of October last in the suit of George J. Northam & wife & als: Plaintiffs vs: Wm Nocks Admr: & als: Defendants, requiring the commission to take an account of the transactions of Wm Nock ded'd. as admr: with the will annexed, of Zadock Nock dec'd from the time of his qualification as such & in taking the said account the said master is directed to consider as correct the act: heretofor made up by said Admr: in his life time, except so far as the same may be surcharged as falsified is impeached by proof on the part of either plaintiffs or defendants: At which time and place you are required to attend.
