Northam & wife &c Plaintiffs vs William Nock's Admr Defendant } In Chancery This cause came on this day to be again heard, upon the papers formerly read, and the report of Master Commissioner Montcalm Oldham Senior, filed in this cause on the 3d day of February A.D. 1876 with the accompanying depositions and exhibits and to which no exceptions have been filed, and was argued by Counsel: On consideration whereof, the Court doth adjudge, order and decree that exceptions No 1-2-4-5 & 6 to the original report of Master Commissioner Montcalm Oldham filed in this cause, and as to which the Court reserved its opinion, until after the said Master Commissioner should make his further report, be and the same are overruled. And it is further adjudged, ordered and decreed, that the Original Report of Master Com'r Montcalm Oldham Senior filed in this Cause on the 19th May 1875 and the further report of said Master filed on the 3d day of February A.D. 1876 be and the same are ratified and confirmed. And the Court doth further adjudge
