The separate answer of John H. Wise Sheriff of Accomack County and as such Administrator of this Estate of William T. Nock deceased, to the bill of complaint exhibited by George J. Northam and Mary A. his wife [blank] Powell and Sallie A. his wife who was Sallie A. Nock, Eveline W. Nock and John H. Nock complainants against William Nock's Administrator defendant, in the Circuit Court for the County of Accomack. This defendant now and at all times hereafter saving and reserving unto himself all benefit of exception to the said Complainants Bills, for answer thereto or to so much as he is advised is material for him to make answer unto answering says, He admits the death of Zadock Nock and that he left surviving him a widow the plaintiff Eveline W. Nock and four children to wit the plaintiffs Mary A. Northam, Sallie A. Powell, John H. Nock, and William T Nock, now deceased, whose representative this defendant is, That said Zadock Nock left a large personal estate, and before his death made a will, which was duly probated
