At a Circuit Superior Court of Law & Chancery held for Acco: County on the 21st November 1833 Charles Mason's Exr .. Plaintiff against } In Chancery John Bull Senr. Defendant This cause came on this day to be heard on the Bill, answer & replication and was argued by counsel; On consideration whereof the Court doth adjudge order and decree that this cause be referred to one of the Commissioners of this Court to make up and State an amount of the partnership transactions of the plaintiff's testator and the defendant, in which shall be specially and particularly stated and set forth the amount of Capital which may have been advanced by the plaintiff's testator and the defendant, and each of them respectively for the use of the said partnership concern, as well at the beginning of the said partnership as at any time thereafter until the same was dissolved; also the debts due, with any other money belonging to the said firm which may at any time have been received either by the Plaintiff's testator in his lifetime, or by the plaintiff since his death, or by the defendant, and also the expenses attending the partnership dealings and by whom the same was paid; also the several sums of money (if any) which may have been paid by the defendant to the plaintiff's testator in his life time or the plaintiff since his death to the defendant on account of the said partnership; and also the several outstanding debts which may be due or owing either by or to the said firm; and the defendant is directed and required to produce before the said Commissioner all he books and papers relative to the said partnership, if any and to answer on oath such interrogations touching the same as the plaintiff may require to be so answered which account the said Commissioner shall state adjust and settle & make report thereof, together with any other matter deed pertinent by himself, or required by either of the parties to be specially stated to this Court.
