Chas Mason's Ex'r Pltff against } In Chancery John Bull senr. Deft This cause came on this day to be further heard upon the papers heretofore read & the report of the Commissioner ^heretofore filed^ to which no exception is taken, & was argued by counsel: on consideration whereof the court confirming the said report, doth adjudge order & decree that the defendants recover from the plaintiff the sum of Nineteen hundred & eighty three dollars & thirty eight cents with interest upon Fourteen hundred & forty two dollars & two cents ^[illegible] thereof^ from the sixth day of October, in the year eighteen hundred & thirty seven, till paid & their costs by their about their suit in this behalf expended, to be levied of the goods & chattels of the said Charles Mason, in the hands of the said William Parramore senr, late Sheriff of the county of Accomack & administrator de bonis non of the said Charles Mason decd with his will annexed, to be administered, if so much thereof there be; & on motion of the defendants this cause is retained in court for further proceedings to be had herein
