and for as much as your orator is remediless in the premises without the aid of court of Chancery, whose peculiar province and duty it is to afford relief in such cases as the presents; To the end therefore that the said John Bull senr. may be made a party defendant hereto and be required on oath to answer this bill and every part thereof as fully and as particularly as if the same was here again repeated and be especially interrogated, and that your Honor may decree that an account be taken of all and every the said late copartnership dealings and transactions, until the time of the expiration thereof, and that the said John Bull may be directed to pay to your orator what if any thing shall upon such account appear to be due, and that your orator may have such further and other relief in the premises as may be agreeable to equity and the circumstances of his case may warrant and require. May it please your Honor to grant a subpoena, &c.
