O M Brown vs Jordan &c Philip Williams who was appointed Commissioner in place of D W Barton & Powell Conrad dec'd. made his report with the accompanying deed to Hutton Lovett, which were seen and examined by the court, and the cause came on to be finally heard this 22 day of August 1867 upon the papers formerly read in cause and said report and deed. On consideration whereof the court doth confirm the said report and deed, and leave is given to said Hutton Lovett to withdraw the deed in order to have it recorded. O M Brown vs Sylvester Jordan &c Pursuant to a former decree of this court, substituting me as commissioner in place of said D W Barton & Powell Conrad, I have executed a deed to Hutton Lovett, which is herewith submitted to the court for its approval.
