THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA, TO the Sheriff of Fluvanna county---Greeting: WE command you to summon Nathaniel P Locke and John Southerd to appear before the Master Comr of our County Court of Fluvanna, at the Court House thereof, on the 17th day of January 1845 to testify and the truth to speak on behalf of Holeman Bragg & others in a certain matter of controversy in our said Court depending and undetermined before said Comr between Harding &c Plts and said Bragg & others Defts and this they shall in no wise omit under the penalty of £100.
