THE Commonwealth of Virginia to the Sheriff of Prince Edwd County, greeting: We command you that you summon Richard Jeffressand James Hurt to appear before the justices of our county court of Prince Edward at the courthouse, sitting in Chancery, on the 3d monday in april next then and there to answer a certain Bill of Injunction exhibited against them by Stephen Dejarnett And this they shall in no wise omit. And have then there this writ: Witness, Francis Watkins Clerk of our said court, the 27th day of March 1871 in the 35th year of the commonwealth.
