The Commonwealth of Virginia to the Sheriff of Prince Edwd county, greeting We command you that you summon James Hurt to appear before the justices of our county court of Prince Edwd at the courthouse, sitting in Chancery, on the 3d monday in May next then and there to answer a certain bill of Injunction exhibited against him Richd Jeffreess by Stephen Dejarnett And this he shall in no wise omit. And have then there this writ: Witness, Frances Watkins Clerk of our said court, the 18th day of April 1811 in the 35th year of the Commonwealth.
