Majr John Quarles, Sir I hereby give you notice that I shall proceed to take the depositions of William Appleberry and others at the Tavern of Mrs Mary Chiles in the county of Fluvanna on Saturday the third day of June next between the hours of nine O'clock in the morning and six O'clock in the evening of the same day, to be rad as evidence in support of a Bill in Chancery in the county court of Fluvanna wherein I am plaintiff and you as Executor of Duncan McLauchlan Decd. are Defendant at which time and place you may attend if you think proper.
