Mr John Quarles exr of Duncan McLauchlan decd Take notice that on the 6th day of July next at Robert Cawthens Tavern in this County, between the hours of eight O'Clock in the morning and six in the evening I shall take the depositions of William Basket, William May, Joseph Da[illegible], Daniel Williams, Salley Richardson, Nancy Bryant, Judith Frazer, ^William Cooper, and Elizabeth Appleberry, [Hendn] Lee to be read as evidence in my such against depending in Fluvanna Court.
