Washington vs Slaughter }

This cause came on this day to be again heard upon the papers formerly read, the report of J.N. Stubbs special commissioner filed the 5th day of October 1885 and special statement "OO" made up at bar, and was argued by counsel, on consideration whereof the court doth confirm the said report, and doth adopt the said statement in lieu of a commissioners report, and the court doth adjudge, order and decree that J.N. Stubbs pay to R.L. Hurley administrator of V.P. Jones decd the sum of one hundred and four dollars and twelve cents with interest thereon from the 5th day of October 1885 till paid, and so soon as said J.N Stubbs shall have paid, the said sum of $104 12/100, he shall, as special commissioner, convey the lot in the bell and proceedings mentioned, by deed with special warranty, to J.B Jennings and Hansford Anderson, the purchase thereof.
