I, Abner Anderson one of the Editorsof the Danville Register, a newspaper published hereby certify that the order of [public?] Thomas L Deupree vs hereto annexed,has been duly published in said newspaper, for four successive weeks, from the 4th day of Sept 1856 to 25th Sept inclusive.Given under my hand this 27th day of Sept 1856 Printer's fee $3.25 Anber Anderson TO all whom it may concern: Take notice, that I shall apply to the Judge of the Circuit Court for the county of Halifax,at the October Term,1856, of said court, for an order requiring the guardian or guardians of James A. Jennett Elizabeth c. Jennett, Martha Jane Jennett, and Jno. W. Jennett,minor children of James H. Jennett,dec'd, and all other persons holding property belonging to said infants, and pay and deliver over to me, as guardian of said infants in the State of Missouri, to my agent or Attorney, all personal property and money or the proceeds of the sale of real estate in his or their hands belonging to my aforesaid wards, and for permission to remove the same to the State of Missouri, in which I was appointed and qualified as said guardian.
