The Commonwealth of Virginia to the Marshall of the Staunton Chancery Court, Greeting: You are hereby commanded to summon Nelson Bankson V Janes to appear before the Judge of our Superior Court of Chancery holden at Staunton, on the first day of the next term to answer a bill in a Chancery exhibited against them by Robert Lewis

And this they shall in no wise omit under the penalty of 1001 cents. And have then there this writ. Witness, William S.
