Take notice that I shall on the Saturday the fourteenth day of this month (Feby) at the house of William Brown in the Town of Warren. Take the affidavits of Lain Jones & others to be read as evidence in an injunction depending in the High Court of Chancey at Stanton [Staunton] in which I am Plaintiff and you are Dft. I shall on the third day of March next at the Courthouse of Albemarle County, take the affidavits of sundry witnesses , to be read in the foregoing suit.
