The Commonwealth of Virginia, to the Sheriff of Augusta County, greeting: You are hereby commanded as at another time to summon Benajah Thompson to appear before our Justices of our said County Court, at the Courthouse of the said County, on the third tuesday in June next to answer a Bill exhibited against by John Fudge And this he shall in no wise omit under the penalty of £100 And have then there this writ, Witness, Alexander McClenachan Clerk of our said County Court, at the Courthouse aforesaid, the 25th day of May 1789 in the 13th year of the Commonwealth.
