The main feature is a row of four books held erect by a book end with an anchor motif at the right end and another book with a red white and blue ribbon book mark protruding from the bottom. The book on the right end has a stylized bird, probably an eagle, on the cover. To the left of the books is a table lamp with consisting of a ship's wheel with a shade decorated with small blue stars and blue bands at the top and bottom.
