The Commonwealth of Virginia to the Sheriff of Halifax County: Greeting We comand you to Summon Ozborne Meadows & Nancy his wife, Branch Drinkard, Edward Watkins & Martha his wife, Jno. N. Drinkard, Wm T. Drinkard, Saml. B. Drinkard, Martha Fleming, Sarah Ann Drinkard, Francis Drinkard, Jno. Drinkard, Francis Bailey, Martha Bailey, Mary Bailey, James Bailey and Henry Bailey to appear at the Clerks office of our Circuit Court for the County of Halifax on the first monday in December next to answer a bill exhibited against them by James M. Chappell. And this they shall in no wise omit: and have then there this writ.
