Halifax Circuit Superior Court of Law & Chancery to 12 day of September Term 1845 Osborne Meadows & wife &c plaintiff against James M Chappell admr. of Francis Drinkard decd &c defendants } In chy

The Court doth order that the defendant James M Chappell admr of Francis Drinkard decd do render before the Commissioner of this Court an account of his administration of the Estate of his intestate which account the said Commissioner is directed to state and settle & put the same to this Court with any matter specially stated deemed pertinent by himself or required to be so stated by either party and the Court doth further order that the same Commissioner do ascertain what advancements were made by his intestate Francis Drinkard in his life time to each of his Children and the value of such advancements when so made and report the same to this Court with any matter specially stated deemed pertinent by himself or required by either party to be so stated And the Court doth further order that the same Commissioner do take an account between each of the plaintiffs and between each of such of the defendants as are distributee of the intestate Francis Drinkard and the defendant James M Chappell and report the same to this Court with any matter specially stated deemed pertinent by himself or required by either of the parties to be so stated A copy Teste Wm Hale
