Campbell County to wit: This day German Jordan made oath before me a Justice of the Peace for the County aforesaid that Horvell Lewis. is a material witness on his behalf in the cause defending in the Circuit Superior Court of Law and Chancery in the County of Campbell wherein Jno Rosser is Plaintiff and I am Defendant.- Given under my hand this 23 day of September 1843.
