Ques. by same - State when, and under what circumstances, bob and Stephen were purchased, and of whom. Ans: They were purchased of Tho. Moseley the day before we left for the South. They had run away, and had been lodged in jail, and their Master came up on the day as before stated, when the bargain and sale was specified for them between him and my father. Question by the plff at a former meeting to take your deposition you stated that Bob and Stephen were purchased from Mosely or sold by Mosely to German Jordan and John Rosser; of that, what do you now say?
