I, John J. Johnston of the County of Warren in conformity with the conditions upon which an Injunction hath been awarded me by the Honb'l John Scott as Judge of the General Court and Judge of the Circuit Superior Courts of law & Chancery assigned to the sixth Judicial Circuit enjoining parts of the two Judgements and Execution mentioned is the within Bond the one recovered in the Circuit Superior Court of Law and Chancery for Warren County in the name of James C. Mitchell against John J. Johnston and [Major?] Johnston, the other recorded in the Circuit Superior Court of Law and Chancery for Clarke County in the name of James C. Mitchell against Joseph Toby do hereby release all [Envy?] at Law in the said Judgment and proceedings. Given under my hand and seal this 24th day of October 1844. Jno. J. Johnston (Seal)
