Having transferred to William Green the following bonds to wit: 1. one of Daniel A. Sowers and James Sowers to me dated 31 August 1840 for the payment of thirteen hundred & Seventy three dollars & forty eight cents ($1373.48) on the 1st day of January 1842. 2. one on Frances E. Sowers and John W. Sowers to me dated 19th September 1840, for the payment of Eleven hundred & Sixty Six dollars and ninety five cents ($1196.95) on or before the 1st day of January 1842, except Six hundred dollars ($600) of this bond, retained to meet a settlement with Mrs Sowers. 3. One of Daniel A. Sowers and James Sowers to me dated 31 August 1840, for the payment of eleven hundred & Seventy five dollars and ten cents ($1175.10) on the 1st day of January 1843. 4. One of Frances E. Sowers and John W. Sowers to me dated 19 September 1840 for the payment of nine hundred & ninety eight dollars & thirty nine cents ( $998.39) on or before the 1st day of January 1843. 5. One of Daniel A. Sowers and James Sowers to me dated 31 August 1840, for the payment of eleven hundred & twenty nine dollars & thirty Six cents ($1129.36) on the 1st day of January 1844. 6. One of Frances E. Sowers and John W. Sowers to me dated 19th September 1840 for the payment of nine hundred and fifty nine dollars & fifty cents ($959.50) on or before the 1st day of January 1844.
