Alexandria County to wit: This day personally appeared before me, a Justice of the Peace in & for the County aforesaid William Devanghan and made oath in due form of law that on the 11th day of October 1850 He delivered a notice to Joseph Bruin at his dwelling House in Fairfax County of which the within is a true copy. Given under my hand this 11th day of October 1850. Geo. White J.P.
