Injunction awarded to restrain the Deft. his servants and agents from carrying or permitting to be carried, the slave in the bill mentioned, without the limits of the State of Virginia; upon the Pltff. or someone for them giving bond with sufficient sureties in the penalty of five hundred Dollars conditioned to pay the Deft. all such costs & damages as shall be occasioned by awarding this Injunction in case it shall be dissolved.
