May it please your Honor to grant, to your orators and oratrixes, the Commonwealth's most gracious writ of subpoena and injunction to the said Joseph Bruin and James Simpson to be directed and they will ever pay & c. Henry Winter Davis Alexandria County to Wit This day personally appeared before the subscriber a justice of the Peace in and for the county aforesaid Mary Ann Masterson and made oath in due form of law that the facts and circumstances in the above bill of complaints set forth are true.
