THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA, To the Sergeant of Richmond, Greeting: We command you that you summon Saml D. McDearmon to appear before the Judge of our Circuit Court of Campbell, at the Court-house thereof, at rules to be held in the Clerk's office of said court, on the first Monday in September next, to answer a bill exhibited against him &c in said court by Thomas M. Harvey and unless he shall answer the same within two months thereafter, the court will take the same for confessed, and decree accordingly. And this he shall in no wise omit, under the penalty of $400. And have then there this writ. Witness, JOHN D.
