A. H. Vaughan Esq So Boston Va Dear Sir Yrs just received & I will quote Hudson the brick this evgs [evenings] mail. Thank you for sending the information. We must try & get more for brick if we can, from this on. I enclose you a brief statement of account of Co, from which you can see how things stand. I have my itemized report ready & I would be glad if you wd [would] come up & spend the day and look into every thing. - We must meet here & finish up that incorporation shortly or lose what we have paid out for it so far. I will see Watkins and advise you what day. I will try and come down Mon or Tuesday. I have an order for brick from Meherrin but at a low price. Yours Truly H. W. Cosby
