[254?] This Indenture made this third day of December 1695 between Thomas Murrell of the parish of Wynoke in Charles Citty County of the one part and Justinian Justice of the parish of Westover of the same County Wittneseth That the sd Thomas Murrel hath for divers good consideracons him therunto moveing and alsoe for a good full and valuable consideracon by him in hand recd. hath and doth make over and assigne all his right title and interest to a parcell of land scittuate lying and being in the parish of Wynoke in the sd County Conteining about two hundred acres be it more or les bounded as followeth viz. begining at a black oake tree thence Northeast and by North a quarter east seaventy five pole thence Nor=West one hundred and forty pole thence West half North two hundred and two pole then South one hundred thirty six pole then East half South two hundred and sixteen pole then east half North sixty five pole to have and to hold to him the sayd Justinian Justice his heyrs or Ass. for ever from me the sd Thomas Murrell my heyrs Execrs. Admrs or Ass. or from any person or persons whatsoever. hereby Ratifying and Confirming it to the sd Justice and his heyrs for ever with all the priviledges and appurtenances therunto belonging or appertaining in as full and ample maner as ever it was mine Alsoe doe Covenant to make any or better and firmer Deed to the sd Just. Justice of the sd land to the better Confirmacon at the reasonable request and charge of the sd Justinian Justice. Sealed and dd in pnce of us Daniel Clark, Jeffery Gilloum. Acknowledged in Court by the sd Thomas Murrell and Elizabeth Murrell unto the sd Justinian Justice the third day of Xber 1695. Test. Wheras his Exclly Sr Edmund Andros knt Cr. hath Constituted [Cr?] James Bisse to signe and issue forth all such Probats and Comissionw of Administacon [illegible] ut in alijs. And Wheras John Turner late of Wynoke parish within this County decd. did by his last Will and Testamt dated the 28 day of March last past and proved in Court the third day of June following Ordain and apoynt his wife Joan his whole and sole Executrix of the sd Will. And Wheras the sd Joan att a Cort holden att Westover the afforsd third day of June did make humble suit to the Court that a Probat therof might be granted unto her for. which Causes full power and Lawfull authority is hereby granted unto her the sd Joane to dispose of all the Goods Chattells rights and Creditts of the sd defunct according to the true intent and meaning of the sd Will and Testamt. And to render a true account therof when Lawfully required. Given under my hand and seale Janry 29: 1695 James Bisse.
