In the name of God Amen I Allen Jenkins of the pish of Westover in Charles Citty County in Virginia being sick in body but of sound and perfect minde and memory doe make this my last Will and Testament hereby utterly revoking and makeing void all former Wills by me made whether written or verball. First and principally I recomend my Soule into the hands of my blessed Saviour and Redeemer Jesus Christ hopeing and assuredly beleeving thro his Merrits death and Passion to obtain pardon and remission of all my sinns and to inherit life everlasting. And as for that Worldly estate which it hath pleased allmighty God to bles me with I give as ffolloweth. Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter in law Sarah Smith after my just debts be paid all my personall and reall estate and to her heyrs for ever that is or shall belong to me here or else where and alsoe doe make my sd daughter in law whole and sole Executrix of this my last Will and testament as Wittnes my hand and seal this 31th of December one thousand six hundred ninty and four Allin [his mark] Jenkins [seal] seal Signed Sealed and delivered in ye pnce of Joseph Cooper Jno Stith.
