Oct. Term 1843. Bank of Potomac et als. } vs: } In Chancery Edwd. Sheehy et als. }

The commissioner appointed by the decree of this Court to make sale of the property conveyed by the deeds of Trust from Edward Sheehy to E. J. Lee and Ed Sheehy to Ed. McLaughlin in the proceedings mentioned, having made his report that a sale had been made under the decree of this Court and that the purchasers had failed to comply with the terms of the sale - And the said Commissioner having departed this life - on motion of the Complt. the Bank of Potomac, this 5 day of Jany 1844 by the Court heard it is ordered that Chas. H. Lee be and he is appointed Commissioner in the place of the said first named Commissioner, he giving the like bonds as the said first named commissioner, to make a re-sale of the said property in said deeds of Trust mentioned, upon the terms & conditions stated in the former order & decree of this Court respecting the same provided that the said re-sale shall not be made before the fourth Monday of March next; and that he report his proceedings under this decree to the next Term of this Court and for the County of Alexa. By order of the Court
