16 April 1921 My dear Mrs. Townsend: It was a very real pleasure to have you with us Thursday at our Field Committee meeting and I am truly sorry that we cannot have your help on our industrial sub committee. Everyone has spoken so highly of the wise counsel you could give, and I know Mrs. Maynard and Miss Leonard
