Carsonville, Va. Dec. 12th 1919 Adelle Clark, Cham., Dear Sir: - Yours of Nov. 28th to hand and read. In reply beg to advise that while i look favorably upon the Suffragette movement in Va., I do not feel it my duty to commit my-self upon these vital issues prior to the convening of the Legislature.
