Valentine, of Richmond, a distinguished woman of the State of Virginia, and an eloquent advocate of the cause of Woman Suffrage, an invitation to address the House on the evening of Wednesday, the 27th. inst., and that the Governor and other State officers and the Senators are invited to attend.
