Columbia Jan, 23, 1915. Mrs. B.B. Valentine, 2338 Monument Ave., Richmond, Va. Dear Mrs. Valentine:- In accordance with a resolution adopted by the House of Representatives, I have the honor to extend to you an invitation to address the House on the evening of Wednesday, the 27th. inst. I am enclosing herewith a copy of the resolution under which this invitation is extended, and I would ask your favorable reply, if possible, as early as practicable.
