This code, designated as "Air-Ground Liaison Code, Training Edition No. 2" (AGL-T2) is published for use in training. It becomes effective on December 1, 1941, superseding Air-Ground Liaison Code, Training Edition No. 1. 2. The code will be employed in strict accordance with the instructions which follow on pages 2-5. 3. Semiannual reports of possession and reports of transfer will not be made on this document. 4. Except for the assignment of meanings to supplement groups and to additional special panel signals (see par. 6 of instructions), no changes will be made in the contents of this publication without authority of the Secretary of War.
