Know all men by these presents that we Charles Springer and John Miller both of the County of Augusta and Colony of Virgi- nia am held and firmly bound unto Colo. James Patton of the County and Colony aforesaid in the sum of Seventy pounds three Shillings and Six pence to be paid to the said James Patton his heirs Executors & Administrators firmly by these presents Sealed with my Seal & Dated this first day of April A D 1751. The Condition of the above obligation is Such that if the said Charles Springer or John Miller do and shall them or either of them do and shall well and pay or Cause to be paid to the said James Patton his Certain Attorney Executors Admini- strators or Assigns the just and full Sum of thirty five pounds one Shilling and nine pence on or before the first day of May next then the above Obligation to be void or else to stand be and remain in full force power and virtue
