At a Court of Oyer and Terminer held at Dinwiddie County Court House the first day of November 1770. Harry a Negro Man Slave belonging to Joseph Darville was tried convicted and sentenced to Death for committing Felony & Burglary and was executed on the twelve of the same Month. The Court valued the said Harry to eighty five pounds Current Money.
