of the said Andrew he the said Andrew and this depont [deponent] had another conversation respecting his the said Andrew's emancipating the said Aron when this deponent held out the same idea to him the said Andrew respecting his binding his Exors. or legatees to support the said Aron and also told the said Andrew that if he did emancipate him the said Aron he must do it by deed or Will, when the said Andrew replyed [replied] that he never had or never would then he this depon't [deponent] told him the said Andrew that if he did emancipate the said Aron that he must do it according to Law when the said Andrew shook his head - and further this deponent saith not.
