Virginia, Montgomery County, So. This day William Childress made oath before me, that he was prevented from attending at the Circuit Superior Court of law and chancery in Rockbridge, at the last April Term of said court as a witness for Unis & al paupers against Charltons Heirs - by indisposition; such indisposition still continues and that the plaintiffs have agreed to discontinue him as a witness.
