Mr John M C Taylor administrator of James Charlton deceased. You will please take notice that on tuesday the 4th day of September next in the town of Christiansburg Montgomery County at the house of Robert Gardner in said town, we shall proceed to take the depositions of the said Robert Gardner, Susanna Clark and others between the hours of ten oclock in the forenoon and five in the afternoon to be read as evidence in in a suit now depending in the Circuit Superior Court of Law and Chancery for the County of Rockbridge wherein we are plaintiffs and you and others are defendants.
