The Commonwealth of Virginia to the sheriff of Montgomery county, greeting: We command you to Summon Thomas Prunty, Edmund Vancill, James Reyburn, John Reyburn Senr, Moses Dunlop, Thomas Goodson Junr, Jonathan Isom & Robert Rowland to appear before the Justices of our County Court of Montgomery at the courthouse, on the fourth day of April court next, to testify and the truth to say in behalf of Nanny Pege & others in a certain matter of controversy, in our said Court, before our said Justices depending and undetermined between them plaintiffs and John Hook & others Defendants And this they shall in no wise omit, under the penalty of £100 each.
