The Commonwealth of Virginia to the Sheriff of Montgomery County Greeting We Command you to summon Thomas Prunty James Reabourn John Reabourn Moses Dunlop & Mary Dunlop to appear before the Justices of our said County Court at the courthouse on the fourth day of April Court next to testify and the truth to say in behalf of Nanny Pege & others in a certain matter of controversy in our said Court before our said Justices depending and undetermined between them Plaintiffs and John Hook & other Defendants and this they shall in no wise omit unde the penalty of £100 each. And have then there this writ witness Charles Taylor Clerk of our said Court the 9th day of March 1084 In the 28th year of our foundation.
