The Commonwalth of Virginia to the Sheriff of Montgomery County Greeting We command you to summon James Reyburn Thomas Prumty & Edmund Vancill to appear before the Justices of our County Court of Montgomery at the Courthouse on the fourth day of November Court next to Say in behalf of Nany Pege & others in Certain matter of Controversy between them plaintiff and Zachariah Stanley John Hook Defendants and this they shall in wise omit under the penalty of £100 each.
