Negroes Sarah and others vs Thomazin Ellzey's, admr. & others } In Chancery

Upon the motion of the complainants by their counsel and by the consent of Sarah Lacey their security in the injunction bond and of the defendants It is ordered that the slaves in the bill of complaint mentioned on such of them as are now hiring and their increase be taken possession by Thomas Rogers and hired out by the year untill [until] the further order of this court and that he take for the hire bonds with goods security. It is further ordered that said Thomas Rogers report his proceedings under this order to this court at the April term 1835
