Negroes Sarah etc. v Ellzey, admr. etc. This cause coming on this 3rd July 1838 again to be heard upon the papers formerly read in the cause and upon the report of Thomas Rogers heretofore appointed as receiver returned this term shewing the [further?] sum of $137.75 in his hand subject to the order of this court It is ordered that said Rogers do pay unto the debt U. C. Williams ad and de bonis non of Thomazin Ellzey decd the said sum of $137.75 to be applied as a credit to the judgment of sd Thomazin Ellzey's sd. agt. David Lacey Ever in the bill & proceedings mentioned as of this day & the cause is retained for further proceedings & said receiver directed to proceed to execute the [formal?] order as heretofore & from time to time to report his proceedings under the same & the case is continued till next term
