5 Virginia & Rufus & Amelia Ann the said bill may be dismissed & that as to them your said respondent Jeremiah Delk & his security may be released from all liability on his bond filed in this cause by order of this court & that an order may be made for the settlement of the estate of the said Cherry Warren & the extent of your respondents interest therein ascertained that they may exercise their election under said will & that such other & further accounts may be directed as may be necessary.
