Ewing draw the Interest Yearly during their life and If either one of my Sisters should die without Leaving a lawful heir of her body it is my wish that the said Interest be drawn by my surviving Sisters & brothers & their heirs and at the death of my brother and all my Sisters that is herein named It is my wish and desire that there be an equal division made between my brother James P Vass'. Children and my Sisters. Elizabeth Shappard & Apphia Ewing & Children to them and their heirs forever Item 16th My desire is that my exor. hereafter named appropriate out of any money belonging to my estate the necessary Amount money to wall in the grave yard where my fathers mother brother and other relations are buried I wish the said wall to be builded out of the best and nicest Rock that can be procured and all the of work that is to be done my wish is for it be done in the first rate workman like manner & that the said undertaker to receive his pay for such work at a fair price I herein nominate Constitute and appoint my friend Isaac Medley Senr. my executor to this my last Will and testament In Witness whereof I have set my hand and affixed my seal this 8th day of August 1831 Published and declared by me Philip E Vass as my last will and testament } P. Transcript of the record from the said County Court "[illegible]" the original writing aforesaid "[illegible]" seen and inspected and "[illegible]" witnesses being sworn and examined it seems to the court here that there is no error in the said order and Judgement therefore it is considered that the same be affirmed and that the appelle recover against the appellanat his costs by him about his defence in this behalf expended to be levied of the goods and chattels of the said James P Vass decd. in the hands of the appellant to be administered.
