Brooks' exor plff vs Brooks admr deft and Lewis plff vs Brooks' exor &c. defts These causes came on this day to be further heard on the papers formerly read was argued by counsel and it appearing to this Court that the order for the sale of the negro Lewis heretofore made in these causes has been injoined by an order of this Court entered in the suit of Lewis vs Tho. Brooks exor, May M Garland exer and others - therefore it is ordered that John Thompson Jr the former receiver in these causes continue to hire out the said Lewis and account for said hires as directed by former orders in these causes and that he show cause on the twelfth day of December next why he should not be attached for failing to pay over the hires formerly collected & directed to be paid according to the aforesaid orders made in these suits
